Orders are packed and shipped Monday – Saturday. Most orders are shipped within 2-4 business days from the order date. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to inter alia: bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances

Once dispatched, orders may take 3-6 business days for the delivery of an order. If a user wishes to get delivery to different addresses, then the user shall be required to purchase the products under separate transactions and provide separate delivery addresses for each transaction, as may be required. The User agrees that the delivery can be made to the person who is present at the shipping address provided by the User. Please do not accept any order if the seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery; as such orders will not be accepted if returned.

The logistics partner supported by spicekart.co.in will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order. In case the user is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts the respective seller reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion. And if the order returns to our warehouse, the order amount excluding the delivery (if applicable) will be credited to the Customer's account. After which customers can place a fresh order.
